How paying works

Everyone has a balance. There are no subscriptions or plans: you top up and pay only for the drawings you order.

Send your material: a photo, scan, sketch, PDF or DWG. Horezmi draws it and takes the cost from your balance. The cost depends on the drawing: more walls, rooms and detail cost more.

After each drawing you see what was charged and what is left. Your balance is always on the Account page.

Typical prices

A typical house or apartment plan costs about $0.50. A correction to a finished drawing costs about $0.25.

The exact amount depends on the drawing. Before a large drawing Horezmi names the maximum price and starts only after you agree, and never charges more than that.

Free

$5 on your balance when you first sign in, once.

$1 for drawings every day. It is spent first, before your paid balance.

Topping up

Top up on the Account page with the payment methods shown there. The balance is kept in US dollars.

Refunds

If a drawing was not delivered or was spoiled through our fault, or you have unspent paid balance, write to support within 14 days. We review requests within 24 hours and return the money within 72 hours of approval. See the Refund Policy.
