Horezmi Privacy Policy

1. General

1.1. This Privacy Policy explains what data the online service Horezmi, the website horezmi.com and the Telegram bot @supercad_bot (the "Service"), collects, why, and how it is processed and protected.

1.3. By using the Service you accept this Policy. Before your first request the Service asks separately for your consent to the processing of personal data.

2. What we collect

2.1. Sign-in data. With Telegram: your ID, name, username and profile photo. With Google: your name and email address. With an email link: your email address.

2.2. What you send: files, text and voice messages (a voice recording is deleted right after it is transcribed; the text stays).

2.3. Results: finished drawings, your ratings and comments.

2.4. Payment data: amounts, dates, payment method, receipt or transaction number. We never receive or store card details; the payment provider handles them.

2.5. On the website, the essential cookies that keep you signed in. There are no advertising cookies.

2.6. We do not ask for passports or identity documents.

3. Why

3.1. To give you access and carry out your drawing requests.

3.2. To keep your balance, take payments and make refunds.

3.3. To answer you and tell you about your requests.

3.4. To improve the Service: to study failed requests and fix errors.

4. Who we share it with

4.1. Telegram, for the bot's messages and Telegram sign-in; Google, for Google sign-in.

4.2. AI providers, whose servers read your materials to prepare the drawing. These servers may be outside your country.

4.3. Cloudflare, which delivers the website.

4.4. Payment providers, as far as needed for payments and refunds.

4.5. Public authorities, only when the law requires it.

4.6. Your data is not shared with anyone else and is never sold.

5. Storage and security

5.1. Data is kept while you have access to the Service or until you withdraw consent. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

5.2. Only we have access to the data. Backups are kept with the same protection.

5.3. We take reasonable security measures, but sending data over the internet always carries some risk.

6. Your rights

6.1. You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw consent and ask for deletion by writing to support@horezmi.com. Data is deleted within 10 working days, except what the law obliges us to keep.

7. Changes

7.1. A new edition is published on this page. If the data we collect or the parties we share it with change, the Service asks for your consent again.
